The descriptions are very misleading. You are required to be a mind reader. They advertise they are designed for fresh dinged toons with green gear. I was asked about my low level gear. During the run, despite the advertisement saying you can even AFK, I was asked to 'help more with damage' while my toon was literally DEAD from helping to fight but could not even release due to the ongoing boss fight. The person I tried to voice my complaint to suggested that I should have ASKED for additional options, despite the fact that the wording on the page of my order stated what I was to expect for the money I was paying. I was offered a 15% discount and another run which I declined. I was not asking for a hand out, I wanted what I paid for...plain and simple. I was treated like I was stupid for not knowing I should ask what I had paid for AFTER I already paid for what they make appear a clear cut description on the order page.
