I paid in full for my wall box to be installed 7 weeks ago, still no contact from bookings team (with a 3 week installation wait time). Very frustrated about lack of contact, despite having to chase numerous times. Feeling very fobbed off and customer care very, very poor. Wish I had gone elsewhere.
