Inefficient service, especially after approval for charge point granted- had to contact you several times to get installation date.
Instructions were unclear and a mystery to 2 qualified e!electricians. Your non ReD requirement is illegal in N. Ireland.
One star would have sufficed. However, the subcontracted who finally installed the charge point was excellent, hence 2 stars.
