Awful process, I submitted my photos as part of my application 4 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since...emailed 4 times, rung twice and was on hold for over 15 minutes before I decided to hang up. The only reason I'm using these is because Mercedes pay for the installation!
They say on their website that it's dangerous to charge using the standard plug but that's the only option I have at the moment and it currently takes 36 hours to charge my car from empty!
