Was taken through the whole process by one dedicated account manager (Sabbir Mohammed). Was great to have one contact to take me through step by step. Engineer was out within 2 working days of my application completion and then installation went smoothly with minimal mess.
Can't yet comment on the SmartCharge app as I'm awaiting my log in credentials.
