I would strongly advise anyone considering a charger to go elsewhere. We only continued with BP Pulse as it was part of our Mercedes purchase. Customer service is non existent, failure to respond to emails, denial receiving photos etc and a process that took 3 months to have the charger installed. To top it off the charger has stopped working a week after installation and so far no one has responded after reporting the fault, although they still have a few hours left to respond from their quoted 48 hour time frame. How are you supposed to run an electric vehicle without a home charger if both the equipment and the supplier are unreliable.
