The application process was a bit daunting, with all the questions and the uploading of pictures. It did not take 15 min but a couple of hours...However the customer service was good, helpful when we had a query.
They told us it would take up to three weeks do be fitted and it was the case. All communications were good though and the technician who came to fit the charger was professional and polite.
