BP are clearly not set up to deliver this service. BP sub contractor failed to turn up on allotted (very late) date to install isolator, then said we would have to wait another 6-8 weeks. Our electricity provider did it in 24 hours!
The actual EV charger was handled very well by a BP employee and a person in the helpdesk team was particularly helpful and efficient, hence 2 stars.
