Not had an issue with fitting of my home charger - electricians professional and courteous...
***BUT*** the charger cannot reliably perform a timed charge, nor can the replacement charger that was fitted and nor will it properly communicate with the app or website to show usage. There seems to be a fundamental flaw with the units that makes them flaky. This is not just me, check out Trustpilot reviews and those of the iOS app on the app store before ordering one of these units.
