Your company appears to have communication issues. Had same problems as a lot of these reviews.
Final got an appointment for installation engineer ??? Arrived asplanned took 1.5 hrs to decide 5 routes .needed to confirm with the boss what he should do .no 40a mcb on board .told me to get one via ebay and when it arrives phone for engineer to fit .cost £50 arrived Sat.
Total 10+hrs for incomplete job. Still no charger totally inept service
