I needed to call customer service as I wasn't sure if my car had issue with chademo plug or the unit. The customer service agent was so nicely handling my enquiry and while I was waiting for the charger to start she started to smooth me on my mother tongue language which was amazing. Took me 3 calls to sort it with 3 different units, luckily I was always put through to the same amazing lady. I am not sure of her name, it was something like Es, but I know she was Hungarian. You need to hire more people like her and you won't have these bad reviews!
