A few days ago my cable got stuck in my car and BP charger in a public carpark,it was some time before the operator answered my phone,but when he did he was very helpful (the control centre systems were going down a lot that day ) he was unable to help so got a engineer to call me and he was able to sort it out,thank you customer service and engineer dept.
