5* for Vivian Baffour. If it was not for Vivian Baffour I would have rated 0*. Thankfully she restored faith that great customer service still exists. I have had a nightmare of a time dealing with endless people trying to get my charger installed. I have been cut off, Sent on a goose chase you name it, 6 months of hell! Today I spoke to Vivian Baffour and she resolved all of my problems in a matter of minutes!! BP you need to employee more people like Vivian and get them all trained to her standard to fix the route causes of your problems. Wish I spoke to her 6 months ago!! Great job Vivian Baffour👏🏻
