Had a charge just off the M26 paid contactless, charged just over £10 for the use but additional 5 lots of £30?
Why have the £30 charged if you have paid for the electric used.
Called them and they say it will take 30 days for the £150 to be re-inbursted
Very poor practice, going to contact my local MP of BP bad practice.
