shocking customer service and company
I am a member and pay a monthly subscription and have a direct debit set up so they take my monthly payments for use of the machine where I park my car in London. Recently the card has been saying `invalid card`, transpires that BP Pulse didnt take the direct debit last month (apparently happens regularly), I have called them but i need someone to respond to me and send me a link to make the payment, meanwhile they have said `it can take up to 48 hours`.
complete disgrace as a regular customer that has a DD set up through my business
