Beware - having placed order and paid over £1000.00 I find myself doing the job of a electrician, carrying out my own survey.
After 30 mins of form filling and photo taking, that was not enough I receive an email asking for more photos, I asked do you not have your own electricians the asker was no - we sub-contract.
Having read so many poor reviews and in light of my experience, I cancelled my order, I was given a case number and told the refund dept did no take phone calls.
