BP pulse chargers are not fit for the purpose they are intended. They use 2G which has been switched off in most parts of the country.
The UK government gave £350 grants to BP for customers to charge their electric vehicles via the internet.
no 2G -no internet - no charging
Ours is under 2 years old and it has a 3 year guarantee
Come on BP fulfil your obligations and replace the defunct chargers with the new ones you have.
Or at least return the £350 so all your thousands of outraged customers can replace their defunct/useless charger
