Attrocious customer service.
Our home charger is only 4 months old and is faulty. I have spoken with the BP Pulse call-cemtre 4 times in the last 10 days and I am told that my case has been escalated and that somebody will be coming back to me. I am unable to get to somebody futher upo the line and have absolutely no idea what is going on
