The technician who came to fit the charging unit was very helpful regarding his explanation of where to fit the unit and how it worked.
He also ensured that the fitting was neat and tidy and he checked that all the required earth and electrical connections were fitted correctly in my consumer unit.
In fact, the whole process and everyone I dealt with were outstanding. highly recommended.
