Excellent service throughout the process of choosing a suitable charge point option through to booking an installation date and carrying out the actual installation. The engineer explained the operation of the unit clearly.
One thing which would have improved the service would be to ensure more consistency in the email communications - it was confusing to get emails from three separate people which often repeated standard requests for information which had already been supplied to the company.
