Waited weeks and weeks since initial contact for getting my charge installed. After calling several times I was promised a team leader would call me. Again it has been over a week and no one has. I have therefore given up and gone with a different company that has responded in hours not weeks.
Looks like the priority for chargemaster is the BP network......
