Abysmal customer service, impossible to get a straight answer to a simple question about the various stages. Don't ask about an estimate they didn't exist (at least as far as I was concerned. Had to contact the car dealer three times asking him to intervene. That did no good.either. The eventual cable route was a poor compromise as we felt a trenched cable would be safer but ended up with it attached to a rickety fence. I forget the time taken for the installation as it stretched into months.
