Subsequently became blurred and a little confusing when communication was required with local power network. All communication between network (Western power distribution) and chargemaster needed to go through me when it appeared it would have been easier if they had talked to one another directly. Initial installation date missed as a result. When eventual installation occurred installer was punctual, polite, communicative and tidy - truly excellent.
