I’m giving it a 3 stars which is a real shame as the product itself works OK and the technician installing the equipment was professional and helpful - I would’ve given him 5 stars!
However trying to purchase and organize the installation was a real pain. I had to ask 3 times for a quote to be sent and threatened to withdraw the application until they got their act together. The mobile app also needs improvement.
