I found the actual booking process through the call centre rather clumsy. Although the call centre staff were polite and cheery, and relayed information, follow up calls were slightly confusing and it wasn’t really all clear if the installation would be within limits.
The electrician on the day was great. Alan worked really hard to make the installation neat, tidy and came up with great solutions to cause as little issues as possible.
Overall a worthwhile investment and all was done well in the end.
