Your Companies co-ordination departmentally, processes and administration from application to installation are sadly lacking.
Your staff are busy stepping on each other’s toes at every turn, repeat emails from different departments contradicting one another and making the process both unpleasant and totally confusing.
I would have been happier dealing with a competitor if the manufacturer had not compelled me to use Chargemaster.
I hope the product fairs better.
