The booking of the installation and the actual installation were very good. However the Chargevision software and the Smartcharge app are both probably at beta stage and are not for for purpose. The data might tell me that I have charged for about 2 hours and used 6.33kWh. The next entry will be for the same time of day, with a a charge duration of a few seconds and a charge of 6.33kWh. I have had one set of data that told me I had charged for two hours and used 2.44kWh and then that I had charged for a few seconds and the charge was 5.71kWh. I have reported this to Chargemaster Customer Services but they haven't replied.
It would also be helpful if there were some customer instructions, for example, what action to take when the red triangle is illuminated.
