The installation took a long time to happen (seven weeks). The admin arrangements seemed a bit chaotic (messages to incorrect emails, urgent agreement signatures, etc.) I don't think this was the staff's fault, they were always very courteous, polite and apologetic. The engineer (Matt) was excellent, did a site visit and confirmed my home electical system was fine). He also did the installation. So, overall, nice staff, great engineer - Chargemaster admin needs improving.
