1. The pre-installation customer communication was great.
2. The installation was seamless also.
3. The unit itself seem to work fine
4. Only rated "acceptable" because the App and Online Chargevision web page are very buggy. Scheduled charging only works sometimes. The charge history is unreliable also. For example one overnight charge is showing up as a duration of 121 hours on the App and 50 years on the web page !
