There was a over complicated amount of
To-ing and froing before the actual installation.
I was promised on several occasions to be contacted by a rep, who did not reply.
After taking the initiative myself, I did eventually succeed and the staff I dealt with were pleasant and professional.
Could definitely be improved on admin side- the installation itself was seem less.
