After a poor start at initial booking when the emphasis was not on customer needs the service thereafter was excellent. BP were the only company who worked within the range of grant funding available and soon rectified the customer service issue with good advice and telephone support.
Installation was exactly as described on time and well explained overall a 'good experience' and excellent value.
