The going backwards and forward with emails and phonecalls to get the installation scheduled was a bit of a chore: quite a few misunderstandings, repeated conversations and times when the process seemed to stall and need kick-starting. I also had to have a component installed into my electrical system at considerable time and expense which turned out to be ultimately unnecessary.
However, the installation itself was wonderfully efficient. All done in a couple of hours with no fuss and no mess. Very impressed by that part.
