The people on the phone extremely helpful, but even though I emailed them lots of photos of electric cable and fuse boxes, they could not tell I needed to do a big upgrade of my cable/connection fuses boxes until engineer arrived. It cost me an additional £1000 to upgrade cable and boxes.
Also, they told me I needed a charger cable, so I bought one of their cables. When I picked up my new Tesla, it came with a charger cable. They must know Tesla supply a cable!!
