Product is OK, installer was great and flexible which was lucky because it was preceded by a rubbish ordering process. Communications were absolutely awful. Lack of clarity about documentation requirements, waited weeks for responses to messages after they had been read (and its nothing to do with CoVid), wrong item delivered for installation despite me asking specific questions about the spec, too many depts/people involved - no one taking
ownership of the process. Still waiting (3 weeks after installation) for answers to questions.
