Installation delayed when Hallmaster engineer called to fit and found inadequate power input and no double poll isolator. He told me Hallmaster should have completed a survey before instructing him.
Installation delayed for a second time as my first Hallmaster point of contact had left the company and the photographs I had sent had not been retained.
Installation finally went smoothly although I was left with a few heavy garden pots to replace. I needed help to do this.
