First I will comment that we are in COVID world, however besides the positive support from installation engineer (who replied to an email because I guessed he knew people in office might not), I have found BP Chargemaster customer support 100% awful. Send emails asking for help and no response. Long waiting times on phone to talk to people, many promises to solve and update me. Only the last customer service person did something that really solved the issues. Regarding the unit itself, so far it operates OK but not at kWh I expected. Although there is a lock on the unit to stop unauthorised use, there is no light to say its been locked. Would I use them again..... NO
