Had a second charger fitted July 2020. With my first charger the team that arranged fitting were efficient and on the ball. 2 years later when I had a problem with the unit, it was replaced within days.
This time was awful experience from an admin perspective. This is mainly due to very poor communication with regard to one admin person responding to email and their colleagues having to pick up their work.
The fitter however was brilliant and did a great job. I've given an average review as I did think it fair to give a very low star rating because of one person.
Thank you to the majority of people at chargemaster who do a brilliant job.
