1. An extra charge suddenly appeared at the moment of payment, in a manner which I regard as deliberately dishonest.
2. Communication very difficult throughout process. Most of my requests were just ignored.
3. Questions to 'heretohelp@' go unanswered.
4. Waited 4 weeks for an Electrical installation certificate to be issued, and I still have no explanation of why that happened.
