The BP Chargemaster works well, it's a handy thing to have.
Customer Service is appalling, no one calls back or answers emails. It took over a week to even get round to submitting an application!
I nearly gave up and went to another supplier, I got one helpful person on the phone on my last attempt to sort things out.
