Only had unit a few weeks but a fault did appear on the unit. It was sorted within a few days. Customer service staff were really friendly and helpful, can take 15 -20 mins for calls to be answered, but maybe that’s just a sign of the times at the moment. Found Polar apps to be unusable but looks like the new BP Chargemaster app may be better
