Service from BP Chargemaster was good, however I feel the process could be simplified.
As most domestic customers are one off and will not be too familiar with the process,surely BP Chargemaster should take the lead knowing that grant funding cannot be claimed without a PDF copy of the receipted invoice and this should be supplied upon receipt of payment rather than the customer having to chase for this.
I still have not received this almost two weeks after installation of my home charge unit.
