Please stay away from this company if you don’t want to throw your money away. I contacted them several times to confirm that their return address was correct. I personally paid €28 to return items worth €232. The package could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, even though Charles & Keith confirmed that the return label was correct. They promised to investigate, but never responded. They ignored my emails, and their agent, Eliza, even left the chat without responding when I raised my complaint. Unbelievable. I ended up losing €250 because of this company, their poor customer service, lack of accountability, and complete disrespect for customers. Not only did I lose money, but also time, energy, and nerves. Shame on you.
