I placed my order 11 days ago.It hasn't been dispatched. I have spoken to them twice to find out what was happening, I was told 2 days ago it hadn't been dispatched. I have tried to speak to them yet again today on numerous occassions; they don't answer the phone. I want to cancel the order; so I have now them emailed them to cancel it.
