I purchased a "Blue" custom made shirt, and following three or four washes I noticed that three of the panels had started to yellow. I contacted Customer services, who gave me a email address and told me to attach two photographs,. So far so good. Now after two months, three more phone calls, with "Oh haven't they contacted you yet Sir?" I now realise nothing is going to happen.
One of the questions with this review is
"How quick did the company reply to your queries" .. no tick box for, Never Have!
I will never buy from them again.
