Ordered a custom-fit shirt. It is at least 4 sizes too big. I am a medium, while what I got was a 3XL. Their refund policy doesn't cover "custom-fited" shirts.
I don't recommend this service from Charles Tyrwhitt, it would be cheaper and a better experience to get a stock shirt from them and get the arm length reduced by a third-party tailor.
