NEVER buy online from Charles Tyrwhitt
CT has failed to deliver four times in 10 days. They take an age to respond to queries. Most recently the customer help dept guaranteed a special delivery today. Nothing of course except - as with the three previous non-deliveries - they emailed me later asking me to complete a customer satisfaction survey. Their admin and technology are simply hopeless. No point discussing their products if like in my case they cannot deliver
