I ordered 8 plant pot saucers. Only 5 were in stock. I was emailed to alert me of the issue and was given the option to take a partial refund or receive a follow on delivery. I opted for a follow on delivery and was updated shortly after with correspondence to confirm the rest of my order was on its way. I have been impressed with the correspondence and handling of my order.
