Ordered mower online, had email following day to say dispatched with courier. Week later no sign, tried ringing, only accepting emails. Sent email, wait a few days for reply which said will chase it up. Gave me the tracking number, contacted the delivery company, tracking number didnt exist. Tried all phone numbers for all stores until had ti demand to speak to the manager, got put through to online customer service. Was told they'd ring the delivery company again, after waiting over 2 weeks asked for my money to be returned. No offer of any goodwill. I could have walked to the store got the mower and cut all the verges on the way home quicker than it's taken to get an answer. Very poor service, will I be spending any money with Charlie's stores in future? NO
