I purchased a year subscription because I wanted to monitor my daughter’s phone activity, specifically, messages being received through Instagram DM. This requires rooting the phone as noted on their site . No biggies . I thought literally right before I was going to install their program on my daughter’s new phone. I found out that rooting a phone will void the warranty and makes the phone more susceptible to viruses, spyware , malware, etc. when I contacted them requesting a refund because of this they disappeared and blocked my access . Run as far as you could away from them . I seek an alternative and Hackerspyville team who gave me access to my daughter’s new phone without rooting it just with the target phone number only.
