I have ordered several times and have been happy with the products.
This time I had an issue with the wall mount faucet ordered.
I emailed my concern asking about a possible replacement and received a response 7 days later? This is unacceptable, and ended up solving the problem myself with a local technician. I prefer to order from a Canadian vendor but will now consider other online vendors including Amazon as they have a no hassle return policy and respond right away to questions.
